Eng. Salem Ali Basamer Chairman of the Board of Directors of YASPC, participated in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Arab Maritime Ports Association - Republic of Egypt No. (56) via the Internet by means of (video conferencing) at the kind invitation of the Federation Presidency represented by Sheikh / Youssef Abdullah Al-Sabah, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, Basamer stressed the strategic importance of the Arabian Sea ports and the role they play in reviving the navigation movement and commercial and economic life in the various governorates of Yemen.

Basamer said that the Ports Union provided training grants to the workers and employees of the Arab Sea Ports Corporation in various sectors and specializations, which would contribute to the development of work in the port of Mukalla and the rest of the Arab Sea ports.

He thanked the leadership of the federation for enabling this participation, providing grants, and their continuous support to the institution and its staff.
